Line Scribe Tools

These tools are used to scribe a line offset from a straight edge. Multiple pen sizes and offsets are available on each tool.

Conduit Mounts

These are used to support conduit passing through ribs and bulheads within an airframe. They can be attached to the structure with pulled rivets or bolts, and the conduit is then fastened to the mount with wire ties. Multiple versions for different mounting geometries are available. It is important to print these such that the mounting surface (the one with the larger number of holes) is face down on the platen. This ensures that the mounting hardware will compress the layers of the print and not tend to split them apart.

RV-10 Step Anti-Crush Bushing

When installing the RV-10 steps, it’s wise to place an insert in the step support tube to prevent the tube crushing on installation due to over tightening the bolt, or over time with many flex cycles. This 3D printed bushing has a hole for the through bolt, and a handy hex head for easy installation and positioning in the tube.
